Net Loss/Gain: + 0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
A little bit surprised at the gain over the weekend. I gain weight most weekends (when I don't track my food, and am, in general, enjoy some off-plan eats), but that wasn't the case this weekend, and I expected at least a little loss. So it goes.
