Leo's sleepiness is contagious, but only one of us is jet-lagged.

Today's Weight:                     198.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/28/26):          199.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     -  0.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
I didn't end the week below the weight I started at after the weekend, so that's a failure. But I did end the week at a satisfactory weight, and that is success. Long-term success. I am not discouraged.

Breakfast
11:45am:
High-protein cottage cheese pancakes with blueberry sauce.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:35pm: Chicken on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains bread and chili-crisp coleslaw.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
