Net Loss/Gain: + 1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Given how much I ate yesterday, including three times more bread than on any day in memory, this weight gain was not a surprise, although unwelcome. I now how to fix this. Yes, a lot of bread yesterday, as I completed my transition from my fifteen-plus year obsession with Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread to Dave's Killer 21 Grain and Seeds bread by having an unusual amount of both - three slices each.

3:25pm: Egg scramble with spinach and feta cheese, onions and peppers on Dave's Killer 21 Grains and Seeds toast. And sweet potatoes.
Dinner
8:55pm: A Quest bar and cottage cheese and a little Dark Chocolate Lover's 86% cacao dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 8 oz.; Water: 32+ oz.;
