11:45am: Sardine salad (sardines, onions, celery, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt) on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains bread and brussels sprouts.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
7:25pm: Pasta bolognese (high-protein and -fiber bean rigatoni, with Quorn Meatless Grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce, chopped kale and spinach, lentils, balsamic vinegar, chia seeds and hemp seeds). A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 16 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.; A Jameson's Iriah whiskey
