Diet Comment
Okay, this one-day increase isn't disturbing even though it is a move in the wrong direction. However, I am still at a good weight, and it is a 'lower high' that does not break the developing trend.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:45pm: Scrambled eggs with breakfast sausage (chicken). Dave's Killer 21 toast with cream cheese and walnuts. Brussels sprouts.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
7:15pm: Peanut butter and chili-coated mangoes.
Snack
12:40am: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.; a good shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
