Net Loss/Gain:                     -  0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
I am happy that I am able to continue the weight loss trend that began in earnest two weeks ago.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm: Fretta with cabbage, Swiss cheese, lentils, sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms, and brussels sprouts.
Lunch
4:20pm: Peanut butter and honey on Dave's Killer 21 bread.
Dinner
9:35pm: Pasta bolognese vegetariana (Quorn Meatless Grounds, chopped spinach, Wegman's Grandpa's sauce, balsamic vinegar, high-protein and fiber rigatoni. An ounce of the Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
