Food Log
Breakfast
12:00pm: Omelet with onions, peppers, mushrooms, lentils and cheddar cheese. With toasted Protein bread and sweet potatoes.
Lunch
4:10pm: A Quest bar, peanut butter and celery and Protein bread.
Dinner
7:55pm: Pasta bolognese (high-protein and -fiber bean rigatoni, with Quorn Meatless Grounds, Rao's Tomato Basil sauce, chopped kale and spinach, balsamic vinegar, chia seeds and hemp seeds).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
