Diet Comment
Ugh! Well, it makes some sense: yesterday, I had a large, late dinner, and, in fact, ate three fairly high-calorie meals, a little bit outside my typical times. Hopefully, today will bring some restitution.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:10pm: Mozzarella and lentil omelet with onions and peppers. Broccoli and feta cheese.

Lunch
3:20pm: Greek yogurt with walnuts, cacao nibs and stevia.
Dinner
7:30pm: Chicken and guacamole on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains bread, chili crisp coleslaw and sweet potatoes.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 40+ oz.;
