Diet Comment
I don't like this weight gain because I don't know why it happened. Other than that, I'm still okay with this weight, but want to reverse the weight-gain trend.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:05pm: Prosciutto and feta cheese omelet. With toasted Protein bread toast and cream cheese, and sweet potatoes.

4:20pm: Mixed nuts and a Quest bar.
Dinner
8:45pm: Roast beef on Protein bread with horseradish. Brussels sprouts.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 46+ oz.;
