A little bounce up is, again, no big deal at this weight. No changes that keep my weight under 200 pounds will bother me.

Breakfast
12:45pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions) and brussels sprouts.

5:20pm: Swiss cheese and pistachio nuts.
Dinner
9:15pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless grounds, Rao's Tomato Basil sauce, chopped kale and spinach, balsamic vinegar, chia seeds and hemp seeds).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 36+ oz.;
