Net Loss/Gain: + 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
While I am not concerned with the weight loss or gain in any one day, I do pay attention to trends. The trend of weight gain since the end of 2025 has to do with the rather extreme weight loss I suffered in December of that year, when I was down with viral pneumonia, and lost eight pounds in four days. I've been gaining weight since my recovery (overall).
However, since my travels ended at the end of March, we see something shaping up more stable, with all weights within a four pound range around 194. This makes me happy.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions). With Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast and sweet potatoes.

4:50pm: Pistachios and chili-coated dried mango.
Dinner
8:55pm: A B.A.S. (big-ass salad: Super Greens mix, shaved parmesan cheese, cabbage, turkey breast, pistachios, balsamic vinaigrette).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 40+ oz.;
