Net Loss/Gain: + 2.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Not a worrisome gain at all, and not a surprise, given that I ate a couple of restaurant meals over the weekend. Also, still a good weight for me.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: Onions, peppers, mushrooms, kale and spinach scramble with feta and Romano cheese. With Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast and sweet potatoes.

Lunch
6:15pm: A David protein bar and pistachios.
Dinner
8:45pm: Roasted turkey breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with guacamole. Chili crisp cole slaw.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 24 oz.; Water: 24+ oz.;
