Diet Comment
The weight loss continues. Today's blood pressure and blood sugar readings were great - yesterday was an anomaly.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm: Cabbage cake (cabbage, peppers, onions, eggs, cottage cheese, rolled oats) with guacamole.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
6:15pm, at Kabob House:
Vegan Feast: salad, falafel, baba ganoush, hummus.
Snack
10:45pm: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 36+ oz.; iced tea: 20 oz; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
