Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    190.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/21/25):         192.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
This is a pretty strong restatement of the trend that has happened all year. It may be due to a known and kind of pleasant side-effect of a supplement I started taking at the end of March, when I got back from my travels. Since I am not trying to lose weight, really, if this continues, I may have to stop taking it.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:55pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, stevia). Super-size, too.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:45pm: Spaghetti bolognese (black soy bean spaghetti, Rao's marinara, Quorn meatless Grounds, kale, spinach) and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 18 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
