Diet Comment
As I expected/hoped, I am coming off my large holiday weekend weight gain, and I'm doing it by eating large amounts of on-plan food.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: LEO (smoked salmon (lox), eggs, and onions) with cream cheese, and sweet potatoes.

7:00pm: Mixed nuts.
Dinner
8:55pm: Spicy Italian chicken sausage on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cole slaw. Brussels sprouts. A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
