Diet Comment
I expected an even higher weight, given the high-calorie weekend that began Friday. Even with the lesser gain, I am now at the highest weight of the year - well, since I started actually weighing myself when I got home at the end of March. From here, I expect to lose weight this week.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:00pm: Sausage, cabbage and eggs (with spicy Italian chicken sausage, peppers and onions).
