Net Loss/Gain: + 1.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
This is a big one-day gain. At some point, I think I return to the mean (a higher weight in this case). I don't think this is that, but I think I will trend towards 200 lbs. at some point. Hopefully, without ever getting there.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:00pm: Veggie omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, cabbage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas). Mashed sweet potatoes.

Lunch
5:45pm: Mixed nuts and dried ginger and chili-crusted pineapple.
Dinner
9:55pm: Spicy Italian chicken sausage on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread and a salad (mixed greens and shaved parmesan cheese, ranch dressing).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 70+ oz.;
