Breakfast

Shakshuka (tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, poached eggs goat cheese) and broccoli.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
11:10pm: A B.A.S. (Big-ass salad with chicken breast, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 12 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
