An unexpected loss - I thought the bag of chips and store-bought hummus I had at dinner last night was going to give me another gain today. But what do I know?

9:55pm, from Kabob House: The other half of a Vegetarian Feast platter (falafel, baba ganouche, hummus, salad, pita bread). A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 44+ oz.
