Great result. Weekends usually mean weight gains on Monday, not today.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm: Cottage cheese pancakes (cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats, almond flour, chia seeds, cacao nibs, almond milk) with blueberries, butter and maple syrup.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
8:55pm: Dal tadka (lentil curry) with mixed greens on riced cauliflower. A Quest bar and ccottage cheese.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
