That slice of pizza didn't help, but it wasn't enough to undo me.

Breakfast
1:00pm: Cottage cheese pancakes (cottage cheese, eggs, oatmeal, almond flour, chia seeds), with brussels sprouts.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
8:05pm, at Shifty's: Greens 'n' beans.
Snack
11:00pm: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
