Diet Comment
There it is! Not the end-of-week result I hoped for, but what I expected. Slightly higher than Monday's weight, this will take me into the weekend in pretty good shape.

1:40pm: Prosciutto and cabbage omelet (with mushrooms, peppers, onions, Swiss cheese), with sweet potatoes.
