Diet Comment
There it is! Not the end-of-week result I hoped for, but what I expected. Slightly higher than Monday's weight, this will take me into the weekend in pretty good shape.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:40pm: Prosciutto and cabbage omelet (with mushrooms, peppers, onions, Swiss cheese), with sweet potatoes.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
7:20pm: Ramen with kale and spinach (immi low carb, high protein ramen), skyr sundae (Icelandic yogurt, cacao nibs, mixed nuts, honey).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
