Diet Comment
Not too bad for a post-weekend, although not what I was hoping for, either. I thought I could hold the line on any weight increase.

Veggie omelet (eggs, Swiss cheese, chopped spinach and kale, mushrooms, cabbage, onions, peppers), with sweet potatoes with Everything seasoning. |
8:30pm: A B.A.S. (Big-ass salad with turkey breast, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette).
Dinner
12:15am: Mixed nuts and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
