Great result for the week, almost back at Monday's weight.

Breakfast
12:15pm: Brussels sprouts with Italian-style chicken sausage, eggs, and cheddar cheese.

Lunch
5:45pm: Chef salad (Turkey breast, goat cheese, Spring mix, cabbage, celery, grape tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette) and a Kyr sundae (Kyr Icelandic yogurt, honey, walnuts and cacao nibs).
Dinner
9:55pm: immi high protein, low carb ramen with chopped spinach, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
