Net Loss/Gain: + 1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
I am very, very surprised by this weight gain. Thought I would see a loss. My only explanation is that my moderately-sized, very healthy dish of greens 'n' beans at Shifty's had a lot of salt, and maybe I retained water more than usual after eating it. Otherwise, I thought I ate on plan and a bit less than usual. I really didn't see a weight gain coming. Like I said, I was expecting the opposite.

7:35pm: A B.A.S. (Big-ass salad with turkey breast, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts and ranch dressing with chili crisps). Creamed cottage cheese with cacao nibs and stevia and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
