Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    191.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/9/25):          190.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  1.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
There's that dining out bugaboo - almost always results in a weight gain. Even though all I had afterwards was a couple of handfuls of mixed nuts, the numbers say, "Restaurants are enemies of weight loss." What isn't great is that I'll be restauranting again today.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:55pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, stevia). Super-size, too.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
8:30pm, at Pump Pizza:
The Marco Pollo Panini: Chicken breast, spinach, roasted red peppers, goat cheese and sundried tomato mayo on grilled ciabatta, with a side salad.
Snack
11:15pm: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
