Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                     198.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/30/26):          197.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     +  1.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
Last month was a good month, weight-wise. The best month, in terms of weight lost and average weight, since I got back to Syracuse at the end of March. This month starts out wrong, though, with an inexplicable gain. It isn't worrisome, or even concerning, but it's the third day in a row where I thought I would see a loss and was disappointed. Still, my weight is not in a bad place, just not as low as I would like.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:35pm: Broccoli and eggs with feta cheese, lentils, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
8:35pm: Turkey breast and Swiss cheese on Dave's Killer 21 bread with guacamole. Coleslaw, sweet potatoes and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
