Diet Comment
Not a good result, but nothing to get upset about, either, because I'm still under 200 pounds. Not where I want to be, but not where I don't want to be, either.

Breakfast
12:10pm: LEO (lox, eggs and onions) with Dave's Killer 21 toast and cream cheese, and brussels sprouts.

Lunch
3:20pm: Peanut butter on Dave's Killer 21 bread.
Dinner
7:55pm: Turkey breast on Dave's Killer 21 bread with guacamole. Coleslaw and broccoli with feta cheese. An ounce of the Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
