12:10pm: Sardines (with celery, mayo and chili crisp) on Dave's Killer 21 bread with cream cheese. Brussels sprouts with feta cheese.

4:10pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter and honey on Dave's Killer 21 bread.
Dinner
7:55pm: Dal Tadka (lentil curry) with spinach on riced cauliflower with lentils.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 56+ oz.;
