Diet Comment
Another unexpected weight gain. What happened? Too much bread yesterday? I don't know.

Breakfast
12:10pm: Prosciutto, cabbage and mozzarella cheese omelet (with lentils, onions, peppers and mushrooms), and sweet potatoes.

Lunch
5:10pm: Greek yogurt with walnuts, cacao nibs and stevia, and a Quest bar.
Dinner
8:25pm: Salmon burger on Dave's Killer 21 bread with guacamole. Coleslaw, broccoli with feta cheese. Peanut butter and a Quest bar, and an ounce of the Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
