Net Loss/Gain:                     +  0.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
Not bad, given there were a couple of restaurant meals and the biggest, sweetest dessert (a cream horn) I've eaten in a very long time. Still a good weight, we'll see what six days in LA does.

Note: Tomorrow is a travel day - I'm going to LA to see my grandson, Leo. I'm back Sunday, so the next post will be in a week, next Monday.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:45pm:
High-protein cottage cheese pancakes with high-protein vanilla blueberry sauce.
Lunch
5:05pm: Turkey breast on Protein bread with coleslaw, and an ounce of the Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Dinner
8:55pm: Celery with cottage cheese. Celery with peanut butter.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
