Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    189.5
 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/29/25):         188.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
Not bad, but I'm looking for my first weight loss of the week. Probably not coming after today's eating. I also think I'm seeing the last of the capsaicin supplement's weight loss effect, after cutting it out about ten days ago.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:15pm: 
LEMO (lox, eggs, mushrooms, onions) and sweet potatoes.
Lunch
5:45pm: Carrots with blue cheese dressing. Mixed nuts. An ounce of dark chocolate.
Dinner
8:55pm: High-protein and -fiber ramen soup with spinach, kale and chicken. A Quest Bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
