Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    187.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/22/25):         186.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  1.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
As predictable as weekend weight gains, dining out usually means a weight gain the next day, and so I erased yesterday's one-day loss. Eating a celebratory Indian dinner with my friend Al, whose last day of work is today, probably means two days of weight gain.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:10pm: An Italian-style chicken sausage, a veggie omelet with cheddar cheese, and a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax toast.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
6:35pm, at Sahota Palace: Mango lassi, half a garlic naan, vegetable pakora, Tandoori chicken saag wallah. An ounce of dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 8 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
