As I predicted yesterday, cooking my own food is good for my weight.

Breakfast
11:55am: Sardines (with mayonnaise, chili crisps and celery) and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax toast with cream cheese.

Lunch
4:45pm: Chili-spiced dried mango. Skyr 'sundae' (skyr, blueberries, walnuts, cacao nibs, honey). An ounce of dark chocolate.
Dinner
9:35pm: Veggie pasta bolognese (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Rao's Tomato and Basil sauce, kale, spinach, Edamame mung bean fettuccine, shaved parmesan cheese). A Quest Bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
