Diet Comment
As I predicted yesterday, dining at Sahota Palace meant a weight gain the next day, and here it is. It's been almost three weeks since I saw the 190s last. I'm going to get under that today.
6:25pm: A Quest Bar.
Dinner
11:15pm: Veggie pasta bolognese (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Rao's Tomato and Basil sauce, kale, spinach, Edamame mung bean fettuccine, shaved parmesan cheese).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
