6:30pm: Mixed nuts and cheddar cheese. Dark chocolate.
Dinner
9:35pm: A B.A.S. (Big-ass salad with turkey breast, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, green peas, tomatoes, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, and blue cheese dressing). A Quest Bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
