10:20pm: Veggie pasta bolognese (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Rao's Marinara sauce, spinach, chickpea rotini, shaved parmesan cheese). Dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 14oz.; Water: 62+ oz.;
