Net Loss/Gain: + 2.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
Although it is a real gain, I am certain that this weekend's weight gain was due to my eating an entire pumpkin cake on Sunday, and, since that is a one-off event, probably never to be repeated, I have no bad feelings. A few days back on plan and I'll lose it.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm: LEO (lox [smoked salmon], eggs and onions) and roasted brussels sprouts (with olive oil and Everything seasoning).

Dinner
8:05pm: Veggie pasta bolognese (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Rao's Marinara sauce, kale, spinach, Edamame spaghetti, shaved parmesan cheese).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
