Cottage cheese pancakes with blueberries.

Skipped.

7:35pm: Cheddar cheese and mixed nuts. An IQ bar (protein bar, cleaner than Quest).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
