Diet Comment
I was surprised at today's weigh-in. I thought, and felt like, I was going to see a loss, but no. I guess it's a hangover from Sunday. Today will do the trick.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm: Prosciutto and veggie omelet (eggs, prosciutto, cheddar cheese, cabbage, kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach).

Skipped.
Dinner
7:00pm: Mixed nuts and dark chocolate. An IQ bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.; and a shot of Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey.
