Diet Comment
Great loss over the weekend. This is the year's next-to-last food-and-weight-centered blog post. I will be out-of town Wednesday to Friday (Thanksgiving), and flying to Thailand Sunday. After that, the next blog post will be the Travel blog.

Breakfast
2:55pm: Veggie, cheese, and prosciutto omelet (onions, peppers, mushrooms, cabbage, goat cheese and prosciutto) and sweet potatoes.

8:00pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Grill:
Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. (Croutons picked out and set aside. I never remember to ask for 'no croutons'). |
11:55pm: Miso ramen (ViteRamen high-protein, high-fiber ramen) with kale, spinach and sweet peas.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 50+ oz.;
