Lunch
6:55pm: A Quest bar, whipped cottage cheese with vanilla whey protein, and mixed nuts with cheddar cheese.
Dinner
11:55pm: A salad with arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, walnuts, and spicy mayonnaise).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 70+ oz.;
