6:30pm: High-protein, low-carb chocolate chip cookie with peanut butter and dark chocolate.
Dinner
12:15pm: Another high-protein cookie, and cottage cheese, walnuts and dark chocolate.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
