Diet Comment
A gain of less than a half pound, now five pounds under my original goal weight from sixteen years ago. I'm good with that.

Breakfast
12:45pm: Onions, peppers, spinach, kale and cheddar cheese omelet, and sweet potatoes.

7:45pm: Veggie sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce, chopped spinach and kale, vinegar, chia seeds and hemp seeds) with brussels sprouts.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 42+ oz.;
