Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                     191.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (12/24/25):         192.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     -  0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
From the standpoint of weight loss and gain, the above chart is quite misleading. On December 19, when I weighed myself after coming back from Chiang Mai, Thailand, my weight was 196 pounds. By Christmas, when I'd been sick with pneumonia for a couple of weeks, I had lost around four. By the time I recovered, I had lost fifteen pounds. My six-week LA-Cuenca-LA sandwich, I gained back ten, and now, here we are. January 11 and the last five days are the only actual weights I have. It has likely not been as smooth a restoration to a healthy weight as it looks, but who knows.

Anyway, the point is, I have had three visits with my grandson Leonardo and he is doing great and is totally adorable, and I totally adore him.

I'm going to Florida for a week-and-a-half. I'll pick up the blog when I get back, or the Monday after.

Breakfast
1:45pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, skyr, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
7:55pm: Pasta bolognese (high protein and fiber fucilli, with Quorn Meatless grounds, Rao's Tomato Basil sauce, chopped spinach, vinegar, chia seeds and hemp seeds).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
