Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    198.3 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/30/24):         199.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
Given that I used the weekend to eat up all my undesirable food indulgences of the week (looking at you, chocolate-covered almonds), and a lack of meaningful movement (exercise), I guess a half-pound gain isn't too bad. Planning on doing better.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:30pm: Veggie frittata (eggs, Dubliner cheese, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, chili crisp).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:45pm: Sweet peas and pasta (sweet peas, (edamame and mung bean) fettuccine, basil and pepper spaghetti sauce, shaved parmesan cheese).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee: 18 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
