While the daily loss has slowed down, the loss for the week is satisfacory.

Food Log
Breakfast
11:45am: Oatmeal-Quinoa with blueberries (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almond milk, nutritional yeast, mushrooms powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, stevia) and scrambled eggs with chili crisps.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
7:45pm, at Santangelo's: Pasta primavera and a small salad.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
