Nice loss. Now I'm hoping to start a trend.

Breakfast
1:00pm: Dubliner cheese omelet with chili crisps and oatmeal-quinoa with blueberries (and walnuts and Greek yogurt, kefir, chia seeds and hemp seeds).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:00pm: B.A.S. (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, chicken breast, shaved parmesan, creamy balsamic dressing) and a Quest bar

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 16 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.;
