Diet Comment
Well, that's it. My last official weigh-in. This is the year's last food-and-weight-centered blog post. I will be out-of town Wednesday to Friday (Thanksgiving), and will begin my Winter travels on Sunday. The next blog post, sometime next week, will be a Travel blog post, mostly photos and captions. As I said, I expect the next Diet blog will be on April 1, 2025.

11:55pm: The other half of the chicken bacon ranch pizza.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.; and a nice pour of Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey.
