Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    200.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/25/24):         200.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Given that I used the weekend to eat up all my undesirable food indulgences of the week (looking at you, chocolate-covered almonds), and a lack of meaningful movement (exercise), I guess a half-pound gain isn't too bad. Planning on doing better.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:30pm: Chana Marsala (chickpea curry) on (edamame and mung bean) fettuccine.

Lunch
7:20pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter.

Dinner
11:10pm: Salmon burger with chili crisp mayonnaise and a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette)
.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
